1. Consultations– A consultation is required prior to booking any hair extension or keratin treatment services for the first time.

2. Redo policy – If a guest is not completely satisfied with the result of their service, they may request a redo of the same service with the same consultant at no additional cost during the time services are rendered. Guests who decline to return to the same beauty professional for a redo may receive service from another beauty professional, at no additional charge. However, guest will be referred to Management, who will select another employee based on the individual situation.

3. Cancellation policy – As a courtesy to our beauty team, we ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If a guest has failed to give adequate notice on three (3) separate occasions, a non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure future appointments.

4. Minors policies – Stylists are not permitted to perform color services on guests under 16 years of age. Any minor under the age of 18 must have an adult guardian present during their service consultation before receiving services in the salon. Children under the age 13 are not allowed in salon unless services are being rendered. This is your time to shine and we want you to experience our star treatment.

5. Hair Extensions Policy – Consultations are required for hair extension services. Hair extensions that requires hair color services must be purchased before color service is rendered. If client provides hair extensions to be colored there will be a  50% deposit required prior to color service.
